360º virtual tours · Spas

Let your guest walk the circuit before choosing the package.

Thermal pool, flotarium, saunas, treatment cabins and heated loungers. They see what each package includes, understand the difference between the short and the full circuit, and have reasons to pick the treatment that suits them best.

Why a virtual tour

A spa's problem isn't the price

It's that almost nobody knows what they're buying.

01

Nobody knows what a flotarium is until they see one

To you they're services; to someone who has never been, they're words. A list of names doesn't create desire.

FlotariumBitherm showerRoman pool Heated loungerThermal circuitFoot bath Words your guest has never seen. And what isn't seen doesn't get bought.
02

Guests pick the basic circuit because they don't know what they are missing

Between the short circuit and the full one with a massage there's a gap a list can't justify.

The phone queue is always the same questions

Hours on the phone resolving what a walkthrough with info cards answers on its own.

How long does the circuit last?

Are the cabins single or double?

Can I go in while pregnant?

Don't take our word for it

This is the virtual tour of Balneario de Elgorriaga

This is an example of a virtual tour: a thermal hotel in Navarre, with a thermal pool, Roman pool, flotarium, saunas, treatment cabins, rooms and function rooms. Step in and walk the whole circuit.

The fullscreen button is inside the virtual tour itself, top right.

What you get

The circuit, explained from the inside

It's a marketing and sales tool that lives inside your website and works 365 days a year.

A menu by circuit area

Thermal pool, saunas, flotarium, cabins and relaxation area in a menu with your colours and logo. The guest walks the circuit in the same order they'd walk it on the day.

Cards that explain every service

In each area, a card with what it is, how long it lasts, what it includes and who it isn't recommended for. It's where the questions that reach you by phone get resolved, and where the booking button for the package goes.

You choose where the virtual tour lives

No strings attached: we can hand over every file so you host the walkthrough on your own server, with no fees. Or, if you'd rather not deal with it, we take care of it: the first year is included and after that there is only a minimal annual maintenance fee.

The setting, which in a spa does sell

Almost no spa sits in a city centre: it sits in a valley, beside a river or at the foot of a mountain. Aerial views sell the idea of rest before the guest even gets in the water.

Built for your guest's phone

Seven out of ten will open it on a phone. It loads fast, you navigate it with your thumb, and it goes fullscreen there too.

Rooms and circuit in the same walkthrough

A spa with a hotel sells two products. The same virtual tour shows the rooms and the circuit, with jumps between them, so the guest can put together the full stay.

Shooting

1 day

One day, outside opening hours so the circuit can be shot with no guests

Publishing

2 to 3

Weeks from the shoot until it's online, with your review in between

Working life

Unlimited

It doesn't expire: it stays valid until you refurbish or want to change something

On your site

Where the virtual tour goes so that it sells

We hand you a link and an embed code.

Virtual tour

First of all In your main menu, as «Virtual tour»

This is where it belongs first: right at the top, next to Circuits and Book. In a spa it's the tab that answers «what exactly am I buying?» before anyone has to pick up the phone.

Where it's decided On every package or circuit page

A "View the area in 360º" button beside the booking one, opening the virtual tour in that specific zone. It's where the guest chooses between the short circuit and the long one, and where the upgrade is won.

See the virtual tour

Beyond your site The link that answers the phone

Reception sends it on WhatsApp when someone asks what the circuit includes, and the sales team uses it with companies, agencies and corporate gifting. One link, and the repeated explanations stop.

How we work

Visit and shoot

We shoot outside opening hours or before you open: there can't be guests in the circuit, and steam and humidity need their own timing. Water areas, cabins, saunas, rooms and exteriors in a single day.

Build and branding

We assemble the walkthrough in circuit order, the menu in your branding, the cards explaining every service and the links to package booking. We present it to you on a video call before publishing.

Delivery and integration

You receive the link and the embed code for your website, for every package page and for the rooms page. We don't touch your site ourselves, but we coordinate with your web team so it ends up in the right place.

Let's talk

Every booking that comes through your own site instead of a portal saves you the commission: on a €300 night with circuit, around €50. At one direct booking a week it is paid off inside the first year, and on top of that it lifts the circuits sold through your website.

Guide prices for properties in mainland Spain. The final quote depends on the number of spaces and on the location. Hosting the virtual tour with us is optional: if you prefer, we hand over the files and you host it yourself with no fee. If you leave it with us, the first year is included and after that there is a minimal annual fee.

Frequent questions

What every spa management team asks us

No, and here it's more sensitive than anywhere else: beyond the fact that we can't publish images of identifiable people without their consent, nobody wants to appear in a water area. We shoot outside opening hours or before you open.

This is the part that determines the result more than anything else: what we shoot is exactly what will be seen afterwards. Water clean and at its level, no cleaning equipment in sight, towels and robes laid out, couches made up and the cabins lit as they are in use. And watch the steam: sauna areas are shot before they're heated, or with the door left open for a while.

You book a date and that's it. You can sign now and shoot three or four months from now, when things are quiet or when the refurbishment is finished. That's the usual route: close the quote, block the date, shoot when it suits you.

Two to three weeks, including one round of review on your side. If there's a campaign or a trade fair coming up, we can speed it up.

No, they work together. You choose the photo and it shows what you want to show; the 360º virtual tour is where the guest resolves the doubts the photo leaves behind. And if yours have aged, we can shoot the stills on the same day as the virtual tour: we reuse the same set-up, and it comes out far cheaper than two separate sessions.

It isn't compulsory to host it with us: we hand over the files and you put them on your own server with no fee, although then every change goes through your web team. If you'd rather not deal with it, we host it: the first year is included and from the second year there is only a minimal annual fee.

Because any update applies itself. Nothing has to be sent back to you and nobody on your team has to upload files by hand: if tomorrow you want to add a card with a summer promotion or a special offer, the change goes live at once and everyone always sees the latest version. And if the virtual tour is embedded in several places, they all update at the same time.

No. The virtual tour is embedded as a window that only loads when the visitor scrolls down to it, so it doesn't drag the speed of the rest of the page.

We reshoot only that part and swap it inside the same virtual tour. Nothing else has to be redone, and the link you've already handed around keeps working exactly the same.
