Why a virtual tour

A resort's problem is its size

You have a lot to show and a photo gallery that can't carry it.

01

Your guest doesn't know what's there, or how far away it is

Three pools, two restaurants, a spa and 400 metres to the beach. In a gallery those are loose photos nobody can connect: you see them, but you can't tell where anything is or how far apart.

02

Nobody sees the difference between the standard and the suite

Between a standard room and a suite with a view there are hundreds of euros per stay. On the website both are a photo of a bed.

03

Agencies sell you without ever having been here

Tour operators and group organisers sell your resort with the PDF they had three years ago.

Don't take our word for it

This is the virtual tour of La Ballena Alegre

This is an example of a virtual tour: Camping & Bungalow Resort & Spa on the Costa Brava, 122,000 m² of aerial views, accommodation, pools, sports areas and restaurants.

The fullscreen button is inside the virtual tour itself, top right.

What you get

A whole resort, connected and walkable

It's a marketing and sales tool that lives inside your website and works 365 days a year.

A menu by area, in your branding

Accommodation, pools, dining, sport and wellness in a menu with your colours and logo. The guest goes straight to what interests them without getting lost in five hectares.

Aerial views that connect the resort

The overview from the air is what makes the distance to the beach, the separation between zones and the real size of the resort click.

Cards per category and a booking button

Every unit with its own card: capacity, amenities, gallery and a button that takes them to that specific category on your booking page.

You choose where the virtual tour lives

No strings attached: we can hand over every file so you host the walkthrough on your own server, with no fees. Or, if you'd rather not deal with it, we take care of it: the first year is included and after that there is only a minimal annual maintenance fee.

Built for your guest's phone

Seven out of ten will open it on a phone. It loads fast, you navigate it with your thumb, and it goes fullscreen there too.

The same area, in two versions

The same space in two versions with one button: the pool by day and by night, the function room set for a wedding and for a conference, the kids' area in full season.

Shooting

1 to 3

Days depending on the size of the resort and the number of categories

Publishing

3 to 4

Weeks from the shoot until it's online, with your review in between

Working life

Unlimited

It doesn't expire: it stays valid until you refurbish or want to change something

On your site

Where the virtual tour goes so that it sells

We hand you a link and an embed code.

Virtual tour

First of all In your main menu, as «Virtual tour»

This is where it belongs first: right at the top, next to Accommodation and Book. In a resort it matters even more, because it's the only thing that answers «so what's actually there?» in one go, without the guest having to work through six pages.

Where it's decided On every category page

A "View in 360º" button beside the booking one, opening the virtual tour directly in that suite or bungalow. It's where the guest decides whether to upgrade, and where the doubt is either settled or the upgrade is lost.

Beyond your site The link for agencies and groups

Tour operators, agencies, sports event organisers and large family groups. A link they walk in two minutes is worth more than a twenty-page PDF, and it saves you visits.

How we work

Visit and shoot

We agree the days with management. We shoot by zone: sample accommodation, pools, dining, sport and wellness, plus the aerial views with a drone. The areas we are going to photograph have to be ready and clear on those days.

Build and branding

We assemble the walkthrough connecting the zones, the menu in your branding, the cards for each category and the links to your booking page. We present it to you on a video call before anything goes live.

Delivery and integration

You receive the link and the embed code. We don't touch your site ourselves, but we coordinate with your web team, and we prepare a version of the link for agencies.

Pricing

What a resort virtual tour costs

No two resorts are alike: the accommodation categories, the zones and even the airspace change from one to the next. That is why we only give a closed price for the initial project; the complete one is quoted on your own case.

Every booking that comes through your own site instead of a portal saves you the commission: on an average €600 stay, around €100. At one direct booking a week, the virtual tour is paid off in under a year and from then on it keeps working with no expiry date.

Guide prices for properties in mainland Spain. The final quote depends on the number of spaces and on the location. Hosting the virtual tour with us is optional: if you prefer, we hand over the files and you host it yourself with no fee. If you leave it with us, the first year is included and after that there is a minimal annual fee.

Frequent questions

What every resort management team asks us

This is the part that determines the result more than anything else: what we shoot is exactly what will be seen afterwards. Sample units have to be made up and immaculate, like a cover shot, and the outdoor areas clear: pools without cleaning equipment, sunloungers aligned, terraces laid.

It depends on the size. A compact resort fits into one day; with several pools, a spa and many accommodation categories it takes two or three, usually on consecutive days so the light matches.

No, and it isn't only about how it looks: we can't publish images of identifiable people without their consent. We shoot outside opening hours or in each area's quiet slot, and if someone appears in the distance we retouch them out.

You book a date and that's it. You can sign now and shoot three or four months from now, when things are quiet or when the refurbishment is finished. That's the usual route: close the quote, block the date, shoot when it suits you.

Two to three weeks, including one round of review on your side. If there's a campaign or a trade fair coming up, we can speed it up.

No, they work together. You choose the photo and it shows what you want to show; the 360º virtual tour is where the guest resolves the doubts the photo leaves behind. And if yours have aged, we can shoot the stills on the same day as the virtual tour: we reuse the same set-up, and it comes out far cheaper than two separate sessions.

It isn't compulsory to host it with us: we hand over the files and you put them on your own server with no fee, although then every change goes through your web team. If you'd rather not deal with it, we host it: the first year is included and from the second year there is only a minimal annual fee.

Because any update applies itself. Nothing has to be sent back to you and nobody on your team has to upload files by hand: if tomorrow you want to add a card with a summer promotion or a special offer, the change goes live at once and everyone always sees the latest version. And if the virtual tour is embedded in several places, they all update at the same time.

We reshoot only that part and swap it inside the same virtual tour. Nothing else has to be redone, and the link you've already handed around keeps working exactly the same.
