360º virtual tours · Holiday rentals

Let your guest walk in before they book.

The real size of the living room, how the place is laid out and what you see from the terrace. What a handful of photos can't tell, and what your guest needs to know before deciding.

Why a virtual tour

A handful of photos isn't enough for anyone to book your place

And the three things that decide it most are in none of them.

01

On your own site they see the same as on the portal, so they book on the portal

If your page is only a photo album, the guest gains nothing by booking with you. They go back to the portal, compare on price, and you pay the commission.

«It wasn't like the pictures»

In a holiday rental you don't have a hundred reviews to dilute a bad one: you have twelve. And wide-angle photography promises a living room that isn't there.

★★★★

“Smaller than it looked in the photos.”

★★★★

“The second bedroom was a tiny inner room.”

★★★★

“Nobody mentioned the stairs.”

03

You answer the same messages every week

Lift, stairs, cot, noise, views. Hours of WhatsApp resolving what a link settles in ten seconds.

Is there a lift in the building?

Will a cot fit in the bedroom?

Can you see the sea from the terrace?

Don't take our word for it

This is the virtual tour of the Mare Nostrum bungalow

This is an example of a virtual tour: a complete unit at La Ballena Alegre, on the Costa Brava. Step in, walk it and go out onto the terrace exactly as a guest of yours would.

The fullscreen button is inside the virtual tour itself, top right.

What you get

The whole property, not six photos of it

It's a marketing and sales tool that lives inside your website and works 365 days a year.

A menu by room, in your branding

Living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and terrace in a menu with your colours and logo. The guest goes straight to whatever worries them without walking the whole place.

Cards with what they always ask

In each room, a card with the measurements, the equipment and what you can't see: whether there's a lift, which appliances are there, what the access is like. And with the booking button inside the card itself, so the guest books without leaving the walkthrough.

You choose where the virtual tour lives

No strings attached: we can hand over every file so you host the walkthrough on your own server, with no fees. Or, if you'd rather not deal with it, we take care of it: the first year is included and after that there is only a minimal annual maintenance fee.

The setting, which is half the product

How far the beach really is, what's around and how you get there. Aerial views answer the question that causes the most arguments on arrival.

Built for your guest's phone

Seven out of ten will open it on a phone. It loads fast, you navigate it with your thumb, and it goes fullscreen there too.

Several properties, one walkthrough

If you manage more than one, they can all go into a single virtual tour with jumps between them, so the guest compares and chooses without leaving the link.

Shooting

Half a day

One morning per property, with the place prepared as if for a cover shot

Publishing

1 to 2

Weeks from the shoot until it's online, with your review in between

Working life

Unlimited

It doesn't expire: it stays valid until you refurbish or change the furniture

On your site

Where the virtual tour goes so that it sells

We hand you a link and an embed code.

Virtual tour

First of all On your own site, right at the top

If you have your own website, this is the first thing that should show: the reason anyone books with you instead of through the portal is that with you they see more. That tab is what justifies skipping the commission.

Where it's decided On each property's own page

Beside the photos and right next to the booking button, opening the walkthrough on that specific property. It's where the guest decides, and where today an unanswered doubt turns into a lost booking.

See the virtual tour

Beyond your site One link you can send to anyone

The same link works everywhere: your reply to whoever asks, the listing description, the welcome email and your social media. Portals don't allow embedding the walkthrough inside the listing, but the link travels anyway. And if you work with agencies or companies, you send it and they decide without visiting.

How we work

Visit and shoot

Half a day per property, with the place tidy and made up. We shoot every room, the terrace and the access. If you manage several in the same area, we chain them on the same day and the price comes down.

Build and branding

We assemble the walkthrough in the order you walk into the house, the menu in your branding and the cards with measurements and equipment. We show it to you on a video call before publishing.

Delivery and integration

You receive the link and the embed code. The link is yours and you use it wherever you like: website, messages, listings or social media.

Let's talk

Every booking that comes through your own site instead of a portal saves you the commission: on an €800 week, around €136. With two direct bookings the virtual tour is paid off, and it keeps working every season after that.

Guide prices for properties in mainland Spain. The final quote depends on the number of spaces and on the location. Hosting the virtual tour with us is optional: if you prefer, we hand over the files and you host it yourself with no fee. If you leave it with us, the first year is included and after that there is a minimal annual fee.

Frequent questions

What every owner asks us

This is the part that determines the result more than anything else: what we shoot is exactly what will be seen afterwards. The place tidy and made up, like a cover shot: beds dressed, worktops clear, no personal belongings in sight, no cleaning products and the blinds up.

Not inside the listing itself: portals don't allow embedding your own walkthrough. What you can do is put the link in the description, send it in your first reply to anyone who asks, and use it on your own site and social media. That's where it pays off most, because it's exactly what the portal won't let you show and what justifies booking with you directly.

It's the most frequent question and the maths is simple: with two bookings coming through your link instead of the portal, it's already paid for. After that it's clean margin, season after season, with no fees.

Yes. The price per property comes down the more there are, especially if they're in the same area and can be shot on the same day. Tell us how many and where and we'll give you a closed number.

Yes, with no guests inside. It isn't only about how it looks: we can't publish images of identifiable people without their consent. We use a changeover day between bookings or a gap in low season.

Two to three weeks, including one round of review on your side. If there's a campaign or a trade fair coming up, we can speed it up.

No, they work together. You choose the photo and it shows what you want to show; the 360º virtual tour is where the guest resolves the doubts the photo leaves behind. And if yours have aged, we can shoot the stills on the same day as the virtual tour: we reuse the same set-up, and it comes out far cheaper than two separate sessions.

It isn't compulsory to host it with us: we hand over the files and you put them on your own server with no fee, although then every change goes through your web team. If you'd rather not deal with it, we host it: the first year is included and from the second year there is only a minimal annual fee.

Because any update applies itself. Nothing has to be sent back to you and nobody on your team has to upload files by hand: if tomorrow you want to add a card with a summer promotion or a special offer, the change goes live at once and everyone always sees the latest version. And if the virtual tour is embedded in several places, they all update at the same time.

We reshoot only that part and swap it inside the same virtual tour. Nothing else has to be redone, and the link you've already handed around keeps working exactly the same.
