Why a virtual tour

Three situations that repeat in almost every hotel

01

Nobody sees the difference between standard and superior

If both are a photo of a bed on your website, the guest takes the cheap one. They're not choosing: they're avoiding overpaying for something they can't tell apart.

02

«The room wasn't like the pictures»

It's almost never that the room is bad: it's that the photo promised something else. A 360º virtual tour can't cheat.

★★★★

“The room wasn't like the pictures.”

★★★★

“It looked much bigger in the photos.”

★★★★

“Nothing like what they advertised.”

03

Reception answers the same things every day

Hours of phone and WhatsApp answering what a single link settles in ten seconds.

Bathtub or walk-in shower?

Does the balcony face the sea?

Is the pool indoors?

Don't take our word for it

This is the virtual tour of The Westin Madrid Cuzco

This is an example of a virtual tour. Look around, step into the rooms, open an info card, jump to the lobby. Exactly what a guest of yours would do.

The fullscreen button is inside the virtual tour itself, top right.

What you get

A hotel's virtual tour isn't a photo that spins

It's a marketing and sales tool that lives inside your website and works 365 days a year.

A menu in your hotel's branding

Everything keeps the character of your hotel: colours, typeface and logo. The guest moves easily between rooms, suites, spa, function rooms or restaurant, in a menu fully integrated with your identity.

Hotspots and a booking button

Each space can carry its own card: the amenities, a photo gallery, video, the information that matters, the PDF of the menu or the function room, and a button that takes them to your booking page. The guest books without leaving the virtual tour.

You choose where the virtual tour lives

No strings attached: we can hand over every file so you host the walkthrough on your own server, with no fees. Or, if you'd rather not deal with it, we take care of it: the first year is included and after that there is only a minimal annual maintenance fee.

Aerial photography with a drone

The setting sells as much as the room: the beach 300 metres away, the golf course, the old town. Professional aerial shots that put the hotel in its place.

Built for your guest's phone

Seven out of ten will open it on a phone. It loads fast, you navigate it with your thumb, and it goes fullscreen there too.

Before and after, with one click

The same function room set for a wedding and for a conference, the room by day and by night, the refurbishment before and after. One button and the visitor sees both versions of the same space.

Shooting

1 day

One day on site, with the sample rooms prepared for the 360º shoot

Publishing

2 to 3

Weeks from the shoot until it's online, with your review in between

Working life

Unlimited

It doesn't expire: it stays valid until you refurbish or want to change something

On your site

Where the virtual tour goes so that it sells

We hand you a link and an embed code.

Virtual tour

First of all In your main menu, as «Virtual tour»

This is where it belongs first: right at the top, in the same bar as Home, Rooms and Book. Anyone landing on your site sees there's a virtual tour before they carry on browsing, and that tab gets clicked more than any other item in the menu.

Where it's decided On every room type page

A "View in 360º" button right beside the booking one, opening the virtual tour directly in that room. It's where the guest is torn between the standard and the superior, and where the doubt is either settled or the booking is lost.

See the virtual tour

Beyond your site The link that travels on its own

A link anyone on your team can share: on WhatsApp, by email, inside a proposal or in a campaign. And agencies show the hotel without leaving their office.

How we work

Visit and shoot

We agree the day around the weather and your availability. We shoot sample rooms, public areas, function rooms and exteriors in a single day. The areas we are going to photograph have to be ready that day.

Build and branding

We assemble the walkthrough, the menu in your branding, the info cards for each space and the links to your booking page. We present it to you on a video call before anything goes live.

Delivery and integration

You receive the link and the embed code for your website. We don't touch your site ourselves, but we coordinate with your web team so it ends up in the right place.

Let's talk

Every booking that comes through your own site instead of a portal saves you the commission: on an average €300 booking, around €50. At one direct booking a week, the virtual tour is paid off inside the first year and from then on it keeps working with no expiry date.

Guide prices for properties in mainland Spain. The final quote depends on the number of spaces and on the location. Hosting the virtual tour with us is optional: if you prefer, we hand over the files and you host it yourself with no fee. If you leave it with us, the first year is included and after that there is a minimal annual fee.

Frequent questions

What every hotel manager asks us

This is the part that determines the result more than anything else: what we shoot is exactly what will be seen afterwards. Rooms have to be made up and immaculate, like a cover shot: beds dressed, no cleaning supplies in sight, no trolleys in the corridors, the pool clear and the restaurant laid. Only the areas we are going to photograph need to be ready, and we agree the day with your team so it gets in the way as little as possible.

No. We shoot over a single day, room by room as they free up, and the public areas first thing in the morning while they're empty. No need to block more rooms than the ones being photographed that day.

You book a date and that's it. You can sign now and shoot three or four months from now, when things are quiet or when the refurbishment is finished. That's the usual route: close the quote, block the date, shoot when it suits you.

Two to three weeks, including one round of review on your side. If there's a campaign or a trade fair coming up, we can speed it up.

No, they work together. You choose the photo and it shows what you want to show; the 360º virtual tour is where the guest resolves the doubts the photo leaves behind. And if yours have aged, we can shoot the stills on the same day as the virtual tour: we reuse the same set-up, and it comes out far cheaper than two separate sessions.

It isn't compulsory to host it with us: we hand over the files and you put them on your own server with no fee, although then every change goes through your web team. If you'd rather not deal with it, we host it: the first year is included and from the second year there is only a minimal annual fee.

Because any update applies itself. Nothing has to be sent back to you and nobody on your team has to upload files by hand: if tomorrow you want to add a card with a summer promotion or a special offer, the change goes live at once and everyone always sees the latest version. And if the virtual tour is embedded in several places, they all update at the same time.

No. The virtual tour is embedded as a window that only loads when the visitor scrolls down to it, so it doesn't drag the speed of the rest of the page.

We reshoot only that part and swap it inside the same virtual tour. Nothing else has to be redone, and the link you've already handed around keeps working exactly the same.
