360º virtual tours · Event venues
If they can walk your function room in 360º and see how it looks set up, they compare you differently. They arrive at the visit already knowing the space and with a far clearer idea of what they could do there.
We are leaders in the development of 360º virtual tours
Why a virtual tour
Every visit costs time and money. And many could be avoided if the client could see the space and the layouts before travelling.
Setting the room up, welcoming, walking them through it and putting it all back. Multiply that by the visits you run in a month.
An empty room doesn't let anyone picture an event. And a floor plan with measurements doesn't answer the question that matters either: “how would my event look here?”.
In corporate events someone at head office decides, looking at proposals, without ever visiting.
Don't take our word for it
This is an example of a virtual tour: the function rooms at Hotel Arima, in San Sebastián. Step in and switch layouts without leaving the room.
What you get
It's a marketing and sales tool that lives inside your website and works 365 days a year.
The same room empty, as a banquet, in theatre style, in classroom and in a U-shape. At Elgorriaga we have five layouts of the same space, and it's what impresses an event client most: they grasp the capacity without you explaining anything.
For each room: square metres, capacity per layout, ceiling height, natural light, sound, projection and access. The same spec sheet as always, but inside the space and with nothing to download.
Main room, smaller rooms, garden, terrace and cocktail area in a menu with your colours. The client puts the whole event together: cocktails here, banquet there, open bar in the garden.
No strings attached: we can hand over every file so you host the walkthrough on your own server, with no fees. Or, if you'd rather not deal with it, we take care of it: the first year is included and after that there is only a minimal annual maintenance fee.
At weddings the outdoors decides as much as the room. Aerial views show the garden, the grounds and the surroundings where the photos will be taken — one of the first things a couple asks about.
Seven out of ten will open it on a phone. It loads fast, you navigate it with your thumb, and it goes fullscreen there too.
Shooting
1 day
One day, taking advantage of a real set-up where possible
Layouts
3 to 5
Of the same room, so the client sees their event and not an empty space
Working life
Unlimited
It doesn't expire: it stays valid until you refurbish or want to change something
On your site
We hand you a link and an embed code.
This is where it belongs first: right at the top, next to Weddings and Events. It's the tab the couple opens at eleven at night, when they're comparing venues and there's nobody left to call.
The link to the room, with its layouts, in the proposal email and on the venue page. It's what gets you onto the shortlist with no prior visit, and what turns the visit into a formality.
Event agencies, wedding planners and procurement departments who decide without ever setting foot in the place. A link they walk in two minutes is worth more than a twenty-page dossier.
Projects

Here the day matters more than in any other sector: ideally we shoot during a real set-up, before the guests come in. It's agreed with your banqueting team and we shoot whichever layouts you want to show.
We assemble the walkthrough with the switch between layouts, the menu in your branding and the technical cards for each room. We present it to you on a video call before anything goes live.
You receive the link and the embed code. We tell you exactly where to put it on your weddings and events page, and prepare the version that goes into your sales team's proposal emails.
Pricing
Function rooms are shot already set up, so the price follows the number of rooms and the number of layouts: each room comes with its layout and with the room empty, and any extra layouts are added on top, because the space has to be set up and shot again.
A way to start with the most important function rooms in your property.
from €800
All your main spaces, different layouts and outdoor areas in a single virtual tour.
from €1,785
Very large bespoke projects: wedding estates, castles, congress centres or several properties.
Custom
An average banquet is €12,000 and closing it takes four or five sales visits. A €1,785 virtual tour pays for itself with one extra event a year, and hands your sales team back half a dozen mornings a month.
Guide prices for properties in mainland Spain. The final quote depends on the number of spaces and on the location. Hosting the virtual tour with us is optional: if you prefer, we hand over the files and you host it yourself with no fee. If you leave it with us, the first year is included and after that there is a minimal annual fee.
Frequent questions
Yes, and it's the single most persuasive part. At Balneario de Elgorriaga we have the same room shot empty, in classroom, in theatre, in a U-shape and with mats, and you switch between them with one button without leaving the spot.
That's the ideal. We shoot on the day of a real event, after the set-up and before the guests arrive: tables laid, flowers, lighting, everything in place. A room genuinely set up looks very different from a room set up for the photo.
This is the part that determines the result more than anything else: what we shoot is exactly what will be seen afterwards. The set-up complete and finished: tables dressed, chairs aligned, no boxes or service trolleys in sight, the lighting as it is during the event and the garden freshly cut.
No, and it isn't only about how it looks: we can't publish images of identifiable people without their consent. We shoot outside opening hours or in each area's quiet slot, and if someone appears in the distance we retouch them out.
You book a date and that's it. You can sign now and shoot three or four months from now, taking advantage of a real set-up during the season. What matters is having it live before next year's enquiry campaign.
Two to three weeks, including one round of review on your side. If there's a campaign or a trade fair coming up, we can speed it up.
No, they work together. You choose the photo and it shows what you want to show; the 360º virtual tour is where the guest resolves the doubts the photo leaves behind. And if yours have aged, we can shoot the stills on the same day as the virtual tour: we reuse the same set-up, and it comes out far cheaper than two separate sessions.
It isn't compulsory to host it with us: we hand over the files and you put them on your own server with no fee, although then every change goes through your web team. If you'd rather not deal with it, we host it: the first year is included and from the second year there is only a minimal annual fee.
Because any update applies itself. Nothing has to be sent back to you and nobody on your team has to upload files by hand: if tomorrow you want to add a card with a summer promotion or a special offer, the change goes live at once and everyone always sees the latest version. And if the virtual tour is embedded in several places, they all update at the same time.
We reshoot only that space and swap it inside the same virtual tour. Nothing else has to be redone, and the link you've already handed around keeps working exactly the same.
