360º virtual tours · Campsites

Your guest walks your campsite before booking.

The shade on the pitch, what you see from the bungalow door, the metres to the pool and to the sea. Everything flat photography can't convey, and exactly what makes people book.

Why a virtual tour

Three things your guest decides without ever asking you

And they decide them online, with whatever information you let them see.

01

The pitch: shade, size and what's right behind it

It's the most repeated question and the hardest one to answer with a photo.

Does pitch 212 get shade at midday?

Will the caravan and the awning both fit?

What's right behind it?

02

«We thought the beach was closer»

Distance is the number one source of disappointed reviews in a campsite. Aerial views settle it before booking.

★★★★★

“It's quite a walk from the bungalow to the sea.”

★★★★★

“The bungalow was quite a bit smaller than it looked in the photos.”

03

The inside of the bungalow is a mystery

In a wide-angle photo everything looks enormous. The family that steps in and turns around books with the right expectation.

Don't take our word for it

This is the virtual tour of Camping Cala Pola

This is an example of a virtual tour: a campsite with bungalows on the Costa Brava. Step in and walk it as a guest of yours would.

The fullscreen button is inside the virtual tour itself, top right.

What you get

A campsite isn't shown, it's walked

It's a marketing and sales tool that lives inside your website and works 365 days a year, deep midwinter included.

A menu by area, in your branding

Pitches, bungalows, pools, dining and activities in a menu with your colours and logo. Guests go straight to what they're after without walking the whole site.

Aerial drone views

This is the key piece in a campsite. From the air you understand the size, the separation between zones and the real metres to the beach. No more arguments at reception.

Cards per pitch and bungalow type

Every category with its card: size, capacity, whether it has shade, amenities and a button taking them to that specific category on your booking page. At Cala Pola that's nine accommodation types, plus the premium and pet-friendly pitches, each with its own card.

You choose where the virtual tour lives

No strings attached: we can hand over every file so you host the walkthrough on your own server, with no fees. Or, if you'd rather not deal with it, we take care of it: the first year is included and after that there is only a minimal annual maintenance fee.

Built for your guest's phone

Seven out of ten will open it on a phone. It loads fast, you navigate it with your thumb, and it goes fullscreen there too.

The washblocks, the laundry and the shop

What nobody ever shows and everybody checks before booking. At Cala Pola the virtual tour covers all three sanitary blocks, the laundry, the beach showers and even the dog showers. A clean campsite is proved by showing it, not by saying it.

On your site

Where the virtual tour goes so that it sells

We hand you a link and an embed code.

Virtual tour

First of all In your main menu, as «Virtual tour»

This is where it belongs first: right at the top, next to Accommodation and Book. In winter, when people plan their summer and your site is closed and looking bare, that tab is the only thing showing what it's really like.

Where it's decided On every pitch and bungalow page

A "View in 360º" button beside the booking one, opening the virtual tour on that pitch or bungalow. It's where the guest is measuring shade and space, and where the booking — or the upgrade — is decided.

See the virtual tour

Beyond your site The link that answers at reception

"Does pitch 212 have shade?", "does the bungalow have air conditioning?". Reception sends the link on WhatsApp and skips the explanation. Same for agencies, caravan clubs and groups.

How we work

Visit and shoot

We shoot with the site at its best: green, pools full and accommodation made up. Sample pitches, the inside of the bungalows, public areas and aerial views with a drone. One or two days depending on size.

Build and branding

We assemble the walkthrough connecting the zones, the menu in your branding, the cards for each pitch and bungalow type and the links to your booking page. We present it to you on a video call before publishing.

Delivery and integration

You receive the link and the embed code. Ideally it's live before the booking campaign for next season opens.

Let's talk

Every week booked through your own site instead of a portal saves you the commission: on an average €700 week, around €105. With thirty-five direct bookings the virtual tour is paid off in a single season, and it serves you season after season.

Guide prices for properties in mainland Spain. The final quote depends on the number of spaces and on the location. Hosting the virtual tour with us is optional: if you prefer, we hand over the files and you host it yourself with no fee. If you leave it with us, the first year is included and after that there is a minimal annual fee.

Frequent questions

What every campsite manager asks us

This is the part that determines the result more than anything else: what we shoot is exactly what will be seen afterwards. Bungalows have to be made up and immaculate, like a cover shot, and the outdoor areas clear: pools clean and full, sunloungers aligned, no maintenance gear in sight and the grass freshly cut.

With the site green and set up, but without the August crowds: June and September are the best months. In peak season there are too many people to shoot cleanly, and in midwinter the campsite doesn't look the way you sell it.

No, and it isn't only about how it looks: we can't publish images of identifiable people without their consent. We shoot outside opening hours or in each area's quiet slot, and if someone appears in the distance we retouch them out.

You book a date and that's it. You sign now, we block a day in September, and it's published in time for the winter booking campaign — which is what fills the following summer.

Two to three weeks, including one round of review on your side. If there's a campaign or a trade fair coming up, we can speed it up.

No, they work together. You choose the photo and it shows what you want to show; the 360º virtual tour is where the guest resolves the doubts the photo leaves behind. And if yours have aged, we can shoot the stills on the same day as the virtual tour: we reuse the same set-up, and it comes out far cheaper than two separate sessions.

It isn't compulsory to host it with us: we hand over the files and you put them on your own server with no fee, although then every change goes through your web team. If you'd rather not deal with it, we host it: the first year is included and from the second year there is only a minimal annual fee.

Because any update applies itself. Nothing has to be sent back to you and nobody on your team has to upload files by hand: if tomorrow you want to add a card with a summer promotion or a special offer, the change goes live at once and everyone always sees the latest version. And if the virtual tour is embedded in several places, they all update at the same time.

We reshoot only that part and swap it inside the same virtual tour. Nothing else has to be redone, and the link you've already handed around keeps working exactly the same.
